This gentlemen is the veryiest important person (VIP) on the pitch. You know how curling works? You try to get close to the puck thing. On the Rutabaga curl you try to get close to the traffic cone. Our VIP's job was it to stop the Rutabagas of those people whose face he liked most right next to the traffic cone (hence they won).
